PRICING POLICY

We have various tour packages, and all of them include lots of travel related services like different category of hotels, different types of transport, guide services, fooding, sight-seeing, etc., whose prices are not fixed because each client needs customized tour packages as per their requirment. Hence, we customize tour packages according to the requirements of our clients and then finally prices are decided with the client.

PAYMENT TERMS

We generally take 50-60% advance of the decided tour cost from from our client. Rest is paid during the tour.
Sometimes, clients also pay 100% tour cost in advance, if he himself decides so.

MODE OF PAYMENT

  • - Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Payment / Bank Transfer / Paypal, etc.
  • - We accept all kinds of cards as our clients are from various countries, apart from US, Canada, UK and Europe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • - 100% refund will be given if cancellation done 25 days before arrival date.
  • - 50% refund will be given if cancellation done between 15 days and 25 days.
  • - 25% refund will be given if cancellation done between 10 days and 15 days.
  • - There will be no refund if booking has been cancelled 10 days before arrival date.
  • - No compensation will be given, if tour gets cancelled due to flight cancellation, road block, etc.
